On Wednesday the 3rd of March the Middle Syndicate of Wainuiomata Primary School went to The New Dowse. There were a lot of events. We went to Nuku Tewhatewha. It was fun, exciting and there were kiwi feathers. Before we went somewhere else we had to do a work sheet. On the work sheet we had to draw our favourite pattern (from Nuku Tewhatewha). I drew one of the faces, it looked weird and it was hard but i did it.
 
After that we went to Hot House. There were glasses, shoes and an ugly dress (shhh...don't tell anyone i said that). There were glasses and dirty rugby helmets. It was fun, it was interesting, but it was time to move on.

We went into Bogle Bogle. The eggs in there were shiny. The colours were blue, pink, green, black, grey and lots of others. There were seven mice that you had to find and i found them all. The teacher told us all "it's time to go to unwearable".

Unwearable was upstairs, so up we all went. All the jewelery looked gooey and sticky. It looked like they just threw all the stuff that someone else would usually throw away into a pile. I thought everything was very creative. I walked past the door and there was a gorilla face. I was just about to look at something and then i heard my teacher say "come on now, It's time to go".
 
I Think the New Dowse was awesome. My favourite thing in The New Dowse was Bogle Bogle because i like colours and shiny things. I like the New Dowse.
